The orders are delivered through a courier service. Your order will be delivered in 2 to 7 working days.


Shipping cost for Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and Portugal: €8. Free delivery on orders over 150 €.

Shipping cost for the rest of EU countries: 20€. Free delivery on orders over 200 €.

Online orders to the UK are unavailable. 


What is the time period for returns or exchanges?

The time period for returns or exchanges is 30 days once the order has been delivered.

How do I return my order?

If you need to return an item, take your parcel to your local Post Office (or other carrier of your choice), and pay the required fee. Remember to ask for proof of postage.

Complete the Return & Exchanges form that came with your order and enclose it in your parcel with the items you are sending back. Also, add the return adhesive -THIS BOX CONTAINS A RETURN-

Please note that if you are going to make a return from the United Kingdom, do not forget to write outside of the parcel that the box contains a RETURN.

The refund will be processed 2 to 7 days after the order has been delivered to our warehouse. 


We gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise and must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. 

For INTERNATIONAL returns you will need to pay for your return. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes (30%) will NOT be refunded for shipments outside the European Community.



1.- You must repackage the product to be returned. VERY IMPORTANT: indicate on the package that it is a RETURN.

2.- Take the package to the logistics company of your choice and pay the postage (it must be with the DDP INCOTERM). The package must be delivered to the following address:

(It cannot be sent to PO Boxes or addresses. It must be delivered directly at the our place. In case that the box will be retained at customs for non-payment of the duties, it will be returned to the customer)


3.- Once we receive the package at our facilities, we will proceed to make the corresponding refund. Keep in mind that Vilagallo is not responsible for customs costs, as mentioned above. Any additional charges (customs, duties, taxes) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded or the box will be returned to the customer.



How do I make an exchange? 


In order to make an exchange, the item must also be sent to one of the previously shown addresses. 


The returns form included in the shipment needs to be completed with the size or item you wish to exchange. This order will be sent without any additional cost.
