Delivery
The orders are delivered through a courier service. Your order will be delivered in 3 to 6 working days.
Availability of products
All orders for products are subject to availability and in this regard, in the event of supply difficulties we will refund the money that you might have paid.

MASTERCARD or VISA.
Shipping
Shipping cost for Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)* and Portugal: €6. Free delivery on orders over 100 €.
The shipping cost for the rest of the countries of EU: 20€. Free delivery on orders over 100 €.
The shipping cost for United Kingdom: 40£. Free delivery on orders over 250£.

Returns Policy
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, if you are contracting as a consumer, you have up to 30 days after you have received your delivery to return your order.
In such case, you will be refunded the price paid for such products.
This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
The client will pay to send us the garments in their original packaging by post, including labels of the product and invoice to the following address:

(The amount of the refund will be received by the same form of payment used to purchase an estimated 10-14 days, depending on your bank time.)
The Vilagallo products must be returned in the same conditions in wich you received them, together with their complete packaging, delivery note, tags and any accessory related to them.
To change or return the size or color of the product
You have up to 30 calendar days. The client will take care of getting the garment by certified mail to the above address, in perfect condition and together with your label and invoice. Once the garment is in our warehouse, the first change of the new garment will be sent free shipping.
Returns of defective products
In circumstances where you consider that product is defective, at the time of delivery, you should promptly contact us at comercial@vilagallo.es explaining the reasons why the product is defective. The refund of the money will be returned in maximun period of 30 days.

HOW TO BUY
- Choose the shop online, New Collection Vilagallo.
- View the products you are interested in a click on the photograph to zoom in and see every detail, available reference code and price.
- Select an item and add it to your cart. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.
- Select proceed to checkout
- Enter your personal profile or create one with your data. If you create an account; complete your personal details and address. Then select the delivery address.
- Next choose a shipping option and agree the terms of service.
- Select a payment method: Visa or MasterCard
- Confirm the order.
- You will receive an email with the order confirmation.
