We would like to assure you that Brexit will not affect your shopping experience at VILAGALLO. We offer you free delivery on orders over £250 (all expenses included).
Our customers can enjoy the same order process with no additional costs or paperwork to worry about, and our teams are working hard to ensure your order reaches you without any delays. If you don´t reach the minimum order, the shipping cost for United Kingdom is £40.
There will be no change to the duties and taxes charged to customers at checkout.

What is the time period for returns or exchanges?
The time period for returns or exchanges is 30 days once the order has been delivered.
How do I return my order?
If you need to return an item, take your parcel to your local Post Office (or other carrier of your choice), and pay the required fee. Remember to ask for proof of postage.
Complete the Return & Exchanges form that came with your order and enclose it in your parcel with the items you are sending back.

How do I make an exchange?
In order to make an exchange, the item must also be sent to one of the previously shown addresses.
The returns form included in the shipment needs to be completed with the size or item you wish to exchange. This order will be sent without any additional cost.
